Customer asked me about ability to show BLF line status only for selected users (on Yealink T48U screen), AND BLF line status should not been shown on other (not selected) users IP Phone screen (Yealink T48U). Phones are conected to 3CX.
Current status:
Each user can assign the function of the DSS button on the IP Phone screen in such a way that he has the ability to add a BLF button.
This results BLF in showing line status (e.g. busy, free, ringing) of any subscriber.
Anticipation:
The above functionality works only for a specific group of users. [not see line status on every user]
Please let me know is it possible to achieve such functionality and how ?
Is it possible to block selecting BLF by loading Template ?

I think this question belongs more on the 3CX forum than on the Yealink forum, because the phones are fully provisioned by 3CX, after which adjustments are not really possible anymore.
You could adjust the template, but then you have no support from 3CX if something no longer works.

Thank you for reply. 3CX do not support custom phone temaplate, they support just their standard template:

We use custom template for phone adjustment and we look for solution to provide block of BLF use from Yealink T48U side.
We want to block Yealink user from selecting DDS touch BLF (hide BLF to select from level of touch Yealink menu). Is it possible ?
