Good afternoon, everyone,

I would like to ask a question, regarding the CTP18 touch console equipment for the A30 meetingbar.

We have updated the CTP18 to the latest firmware version.
Firmware Version
137.320.0.29

I would like to downgrade to the previous version.
137.320.0.10

For internal reasons, we have the need to configure the CTP18 before starting the meetingbar and with the new version, it forces to pair the equipment before accessing with the MTR account.
