Full Version: Auto configuration

We have a phone and the model is SIP-T46S, before we bought it there was an auto configuration via internet, so my question is how do i turn it off because last user did not. Could we also get some sort of instructions or assist for this. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

If the phone is auto configured from the internet, it's probably locket to a provision server (RPS).
Ask the reseller from whom you bought the phone if he is willing to unlock your device from the RPS.

Submit a support ticket with the MAC address(es) of the affected phone(s) and ask if they can help unlock this phone(s).
