Which version is it trying to update you to?
Maybe try manually updating it in steps, first x.432.x.x then x.433.x.x, and then to the latest.

I get the same error trying manually updating to 432
I tried 432 433 434 they all came back with the same error

Already did a factory reset and then tried to upgrade?

tried factory reset downgrade and upgrade firmware both failed with the same error
hmm
I am in Australia and got the unit from amazon.com.au but the unit report DECT European Union so not sure if that cause any issue

I think your only thing to try now is ticket.yealink.com. Let us know if you get anywhere there (and how).
