I have a question about how to handle customer sites. We are a services company and install many Yealink systems. We are also a big Cisco provider. My question is, if anyone is familiar with Cisco Control Hub, we can register the devices for our customers and also are able to troubleshoot remotely. The difference here is that customers sites are not tied to our company, but we can see them in Control Hub and manage them. Does YMCS have a function like that? All I see is our Site and then can add sub-sites, but that does not work for us. We need to be able to add a new Parent Site for each customer.
