We just switched to a Teams phone system. We use Citrix VDI for our desktops. The MP50 is recognized by Teams in Citrix. You can select it for the audio settings. We have installed the usb driver. We finally got the phone to connect when making a call through Citrox, but whe you pick up the receiver, you hear the call and a dial tone that lasts about 15 seconds.
Any ideas?

How did you get Teams to recognize the MP50? We reached out to Yealink and they said they dont have it fully compatible yet. So ho were you able to get it somewhat compatible?
What usb driver did you install?
