Full Version: Remote Phone Book has stoped connecting

I was happily using a remote phone book, but it's recently stopped connecting.

The handset report a "Connect Error!"

I've checked the URL stored in the Remote Phone Book field - https://nas/Yealink.xml

I can access this URL from my desktop browser.

How can I troubleshoot why the handset can't see this URL any more?

Hi,

You posted this in the v73 firmware folder, and I assume your question is about the old W52P/W52H kit.
Now HTTPS traffic is not the appropriate format to work with the old v73 firmware. v73 is too old for this and is no longer supported.

Try using http://nas/Yealink.xml instead of https://nas/Yealink.xml

Thanks for replying - The handset is a W73, and I thought I was posting in a handset specific forum - my bad.
