Full Version: W76P Global Error when dialing

Have the W70B Registered to IP telephony at Zen Internet zen.co.uk

But cannot make outgoing phonecalls with "Global error" on W56H
Incoming gives an error: "Phone is currently unavailable"

Both on latest firmware from:

but no idea if/how it relates

Anybody has any ideas?

Hey. I just wanted to chime in and say I have an answer for you!!

Just came to say I have the same exact issue.

W70B,
W73H & W56H.

Both handsets have the same issue, global error on outbound calling.
Both can receive inbound calls no issue.

I have tried DNS, firmware update, acount changes, sip vs pjsip, it definitely is a device issue and not a service issue.

I think it has something to do with how accounts are handled on the device. It recently started to say 'VIA: [Account Label]' when it used to say 'VIA: [Account Number]' The change happened when it broke.

Unfortunately I don't know why that changed nor how to fix it, but I opened a ticket with yealink, so when I find out any information, I will post it here. Sounds like we're not the only ones, but unfortunately these forums are a graveyard of unanswered questions.
