Full Version: T48S BLF Talking vs Ringing

We have a number of Yealink phones set up with some queues, and a few members of our team have different priorities, however they are all part of the queue to ensure that all calls are covered.

When a call comes through, User 1 is supposed to answer it, and User 2 only answers if User 1 is otherwise occupied with a call.
Using BLF, User 2 can't determine if User 1 is on a call, as the BLF light will say "Ringing", regardless of whether they are "Talking" (otherwise occupied with a call) or not.

I have noticed some other users with a similar issue, was there ever a good solution or software update to resolve this problem?
