In LDAP, I have several people with the name extension as it is a shared desk. However, in the phone system I have only one name on the extension defined as the CallerID. When a call is made from that line, the phone system captures the correct CallerID. However, on the receiving Yealink T48U it displays the last person from LDAP that matched that extension number.
Can the phone get CallerID from the phone system while maintaining LDAP integration for searching for numbers to dial?
