My W56B device resets all the time after registering the handset.
The soft version is 25.81.0.30 for the W56B and 61.85.0.55 for the W56H. What could be the cause?
I can't even change the soft for the handset....
Is there any way to upload firmawere without connecting to the base?

According to the W56P Datasheet, the firmware of the W56H is not compatible with the firmware of the W56P.

As far as I know, is there no way to up- or download the handset firmware without using a base station.
Maybe you can borrow a W60B or W70B from somebody to flash the right firmware into the W56H.
