Hello everyone, I have spent multiple hours trying to resolve this but no luck so far. I would greatly appreciate if you guys can help.
I have W52P base unit and Two W56P cordless phones and one W56H cordless phone. I did a firmware update on base unit W52P and after the upgrade my base unit got stuck in rebooting loop.
I had to factory reset the base unit which fixed the rebooting issue but now my cordless phones says 'searching for base' on them. I tried following things without any luck :
1. Tried to de-register the base from the handset but it says 'out of range'
2. Tried to register handset with Base 1 and all other bases (2,3,4) but it fails
3. Tried to reset the phone but Base 1 ID stay there.
4. I have downgraded the firmware on the base but still phones are not able to register.
I can access Base’s web user interface, and everything looks normal there. Not sure if this is the base issue or handset but I have exhausted all my resources.
Thanks and Regards
