Full Version: CNG fails on latest T2x firmware

Today we updated firmware to the latest on company full of T2x. Company employees all complained of "dead" sound when caller is not speaking. Appears CNG is not working. Disabling and re-enabling did not fix. Any suggestions?

The CNG setting is not changed in latest T2X firmware. But the side tone is disabled in latest firmware.
Can you please enable side tone through autoprovision and check again.

voice.side_tone = -3

Forgive me, but what is this side_tone for exactly? Just curious... does it work in conjunction with CNG?
