Hi, We have a CP930W that is not holding a charge. Is there a replacement battery for it?

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I have 2 CP930W's that are having battery issues and both die as soon as you remove them from the charger.

Any help you can provide on how or if you were able to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
