Hello

I just registered a new W73H handset in a W52P base, and register worked fine, but suddenly W52P base start reboot loop every 2-3 minutes. W52P base is working fine last 4 years. I deleted W73H handset and base stop rebooting.

I thought all handsets were compatible (full/basic) with all bases...

Hi,

The W52P base went EOL status a long time ago.
It does not support the newer DECT handsets.
Please read the Yealink-W52P-Datasheet.pdf manual to see which handsets are supported by the base station.

I have a similar case; W52P keep rebooting if I register W56H.

The firmware is upgraded which is in the compatible list. The yealink support team can't solve the issue.
