I changed the admin password for this device and maybe I got something wrong, but I can no longer access it.
Could you please advise on what to do and how I can reset it please?

Please follow the steps below to factory reset the W70B.
1. Unplug the power supply.
2. Long press the Paging button, do not release.
3. Plug power supply, observe the LED indicator lights until they all light up.
4. Release the Paging button, restart the base.
Please note: all settings in the W70B will be removed.

I tried that and it works.
Do you know what the password requirements are?
I have changed the password a few times and it accepts the change each time, but when I try to login again, it won't let me and says the password is incorrect.
Do you know why this is?

Hi,
As far as I know, the base support ASCII characters 32-126 (0x20-0x7E) in passwords.
The password length is max 32 characters.
Also make sure the base is not provisioned by a phone company... there can change the admin password.
