Hello everyone, I have the following problem:
When I make a phone call to certain numbers with my new SIP-T58W, the phone simply hangs up again when the other party picks up. But only for a few numbers.
Why is that?

Hi,

Check next items:
- the hardware in your network, e.g. (PoE) switches.
- the settings of your router.
- make sure you're running the latest one.
Contact your phone provider about your issue, because you have issues with only a few numbers.
Hello thank you very much for the answer. Have all firmware up to date.
The privateer cannot explain why this happens. If I call the corresponding numbers on the same connection with the T46U, it works. so it will be a problem from the phone!

Hi,

Please try this:
Factory reset the phone, re-provisioning it and try again.
If you use PoE to power the phone, then I suggest using a power adapter instead.
Hello, I reset the t58 to factory settings but it didn't help.
No, don't use PoE but a power supply.
I also used it from a completely different network but nothing changed.

Hi,

Is your T58W provisioned by a PBX?
If yes, then try to use another extension number... maybe you can use the extension number from the T46U?
If not, then I'm out of ammo and can't help you further. Sad
