Hey there,
I have a W60P base with 2 W56H handsets.

I uploaded the new firmware through the web portal, but only one handset took the new firmware.

2nd handset is on 61.80.0.15, I am looking to load 61.85.0.35.rom

Has anyone had this issue?

Thanks for the resources. I did grab the handset firmware from there. Have you experienced a situation when the handset did not upgrade? Could it be that it's a different handset in the field?

The handset firmware is very old.
Maybe you can try to upgrade in small steps?
First upgrade to f/w x.81.x.x, then x.83.x.x and finally x.85.x.x

Do you know where I can find old firmware roms?

In the Yealink portal link he sent you above you can find old firmware roms.

Do something like W56H-61.81.0.30.rom, then W56H-61.83.0.10.rom, then W56H-61.85.0.20.rom.
Ok on it. Thanks!
