Hello, im struggling to find anything on line for this issue, so not sure if its only happening on our reseller platform or if its related to something else.

Using Broad works, Various Yealink models including T4x and T3x, and to various customers / sites so not limited to one network/router etc.

After a few days for ma reboot the user is unable to transfer calls, and gets "not emergency number" or "emergency call only" appears on screen, quickest fix is a reboot but only lasts a short period of time. has nobody else seen this? its tricky to get logs as custoemrs reboot when it happens to get calls working again..
