Has anyone been able to use the LAN sync feature on the W90? We have tested on 3 different networks and been unsuccessful.

Hello,
What is your issue for Lan SYNC?
We have an issue for lan sync too. LAN sync configuration with W90DM and 6 W90B products. Devices are activated via 8 port PoE switch, although control regarding the method is provided both in the documents and on the YouTube channel, only 2 lan master are syncnorized. Others seems just "active" . There is no problem in DECT sync mode.
The issue is that they don't all sync. DECT sync works fine. DM and 5 bases in the same switch. All show active and after a day or two one or two will sync. Others never do. Tested on 3 different networks that all meet the Yealink requirements. One was a test bench network with nothing else and we got the same results. Great feature and we have customers that need Lan sync but doesn't appear that Lan sync is ready for production. Hoping someone can determine what is necessary to make it work.

Similar to our problem. Dect sync works fine but Lan Sync only works for 2 base stations, the other base stations wait in active mode.
I've opened a ticket about this case. let's wait.
if you find a solution, please reply here.
We have been working through a ticket as well the last few weeks. Provided loges etc. No resolution.
We have been working toward a ticket of late as well. We've provided logs, though a judgment has not been reached.

I replied to my ticket with this topic link, let's wait for the Yealink engineer's reply.
Yealink's silence means he has acknowledged the problem but has no solution. We expect an urgent response from Yealink.

LAN Sync could not be provided in the installation with 1 Dm 6 base station over the L3 switch that I made over the weekend.Angry
Same issue here !
Anyone with a solution ?
Yealink responded to our request as follows:

1. you need to confirm with the switch manufacturer whether the switch supports PTP. If it does not support it, you need to replace it with a switch that supports PTP. If it does, you need to enable PTP.

2. Please go to the DM web page, under Base Station Group, after checking several parameters in the box (such as the attached picture), provide a screenshot of the base status

3. LAN Sync has high network requirements. It is recommended to use this method if DECT Sync can be used.
