I am working with a user who is having issues placing calls from their Yealink T33G or T42S. Both devices are having an error pop up on the screen that says "Service Full". What exactly is a "Service Full" error?

I have seen a lot of errors pop on these phones but never that specific one. Any help with what its supposed to indicate would be appreciated.
