Hi,

Model T-58
Firmware latest one: 58.86.0.20

Everytime when I press number 3 on the keypad, it will not register but if I press it again, it will register number 3 twice.

Do I have to do a factory reset or is there another solution?

Hi,

I don't know of any other solution than to do a factory reset.
Maybe someone else on the forum has an idea?
