We'd like our company's BLFs to reflect the DND status of other phones.
I read there's something about using EDK macros to customise BLF behaviour based on DND status:

Does this mean you can write a script to change the BLF icon for a given phone when it activates/deactivates DND?
P.S. sorry if anything I ask is mundane - I'm completely new to this.
