Is there a way to set the default volume for the headset when I pick up a call on headset?

And how to I send a configuration file to the phone?
Just a little starter from some kind soul and I'll be on my way.
If I could get an example of how to send the configuration to the phone to set the headset volume to 50 or so, that would be a good start.
I really appreciate any input/feedback.

Nice, thank you for the response.
So Can I simply download the current config file.
Add the line:
voice.handset.autoreset_spk_vol = 8
save, then import that config file?
Is that how this is done?
First time so just want to make sure.
And is there a separate 'config line' for the headset volume? (found it voice.headset.autoreset_spk_vol = 8) is that it?
thank you so much

SO I can export the 'local' config file, add a line to the config. save then import the 'local' file - correct?
