Is it possible to 'send' a URL to an extension to 'query' it's status?

ie. http://10.0.2.22/servlet?key=STATUS or the like and get a 'result'?

Out current system lets you query the extension to see if it's busy, ringing, idle or muted.

Thank you for any input

I believe that there is no such option.

(Even before that, the web GUI interface doesn't have this info available/displayed.)

The only thing close to that (but my not be worth anything in your "current system") is to grab a screenshot of the phone and see it there.
