Full Version: T46G Handset Port Static

We have one T46G where the recipient only hears static. We have swapped out handsets, cords and tried different PBXs just in case. We are running the latest firmware (28.80.0.70) and have done a full factory reset.

The handset plugged into the headset port works fine.

Would this definitely be a hardware issue?
Yes, if you have done all troubleshooting above it must be a hardware issue. Is it a new T46G?

Yes, brand new. Just installed it.
