Need Help!!!
We purchased the WH67 Headset to work with our Yealink Phone after which we found that it did not work with our T46G or T48G phones. We were required to purchase a new T48S phone. Only works with "S" suffix phones.
We are now $650.00 into the Phone and Headset equation and it appears as that the HEADSET DOES NOT RING IN THE EAR on an incoming call! How is that possible??
Please tell me there is a setting somewhere that has escaped every User Guide, escaped all Web Searches as well as this Forum???
