Hello.
I would like to install new firmware on a Yealink phone, but it cannot be updated with the current firmware. Can I delete the current firmware from the phone via USB and upload new firmware? Huh
Thanks

Hi,

Sorry, I can't help you because I don't know who the manufacturer/supplier of firmware xx.xx.150.x is.
If you know who the supplier is, I recommend that you contact them directly.

TFTP recovery might be a way, but I would not risk it.

Not only that x.86.x.x is way newer than x.84.x.x. But 96.x.x.x has switched away from 97.x.x.x to become one unified firmware with T53W and T54W which makes it less likely to be able to switch.

Also note that as indicated here https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/do...67d60df0b9 V2 phones cannot be downgrades to lower than 96.86.x.x.
Hello,
thank you gyus Smile
the manufacturer/supplier (of course ->) don t support this.
Ok, i ll look for an other solution.
Have a nice weekend.
