Help! Pulling my hair out trying to get a T46G provisioned in RingCentral.
Using latest firmware, 28.83.0.120 & nothing seems to work.
We have 10 other T46G's currently working perfectly so I know it's possible. All working T46G's seem to be using T46S firmware (66.84.25.3). How is this possible? When I try loading T46S firmware it says wrong device.
Is there a better URL to use than the one RingCentral currently says to use?

I seem to remember that address being different when I set up previous models.
What can I do? Don't want to manually provision because Prescence feature won't work. (Prescence does work in all previously mentioned working T46G's)
