Full Version: Firmware update from YDMP not working

I uploaded the file to YDMP for MP58,56 and 54 Teams phones. I try to push the update to the phones where it starts to update the phone but then the phone just goes to a blank screen. I have to then power cycle the phone remove the power and restore the power and then the phone is working again with the old firmware. I tried uploading the firmware to the YDMP server again but that did not work. The only way it works to update the phone is updating the firmware directly on the phone. I put the address of the phone in my browser and then update the firmware from there and it works just fine. I have a ticket in with yealink about this but any help would be nice. Oh and the upload to the YDMP is successful.
