How can I have 3 line buttons for a single extension, e.g. 3 buttons for extension 333? Intent is to be able to place a call on hold and call someone on a second or third line.

Does each line need another account?

I found the answer.

Under DSSKEY, LINE KEY, put the same values for all 3 keys, i.e.

LINE the same LABEL LINE1 (in my case)

That sets up 3 line keys associated with LINE1 (which is the main extension)
