We need to change the NTP server on all of our (over 100) phones. Is there a better way of doing it than manually logging into each telephone individually and doing it by hand? Like a management console or something?

Make changes to the provisioning template and re-provision all devices again?

We never provisioned our phones. Is there a guide or a tutorial on how it's done?
