We have just upgraded a W52 to W60 device and base. Works good however the user is a technician and keeps it on him while working. He sets the phone to key lock but he can:

  1. Power Off the phone - Like really? Poor design.
  2. Make Emergency Calls - This one is understandable

The W56 phones we have doesn't allow you to power off the phone when you lock the key pad. Why isn't the W60 and is there anything we can do about this functionality.

Hi,

Maybe is this a firmware issue.
What firmware version does your handset run?
