Yealink Forums - EXP40 Page confusion

When Page 1 is selected, pressing a key on that page actually rings someone in the same position on Page 2. E.g. Aaron is in the first position on Page 1, and Dave's in the first position on Page 2. Pressing Aaron's button dials Dave.

We note this problem on 2 different EXP40 connected to the same T48G.

Please advise!

for this issue, we have test in our side , it works fine

please upgrade the T48 to the last firmware 35.80.0.70, download link :
http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDow...0.0.70.zip

then reset to test

if issue still exist , please upgrade the firmware of EXP40 with a T46, please refer to the guide below :

We use 3cx and have upg firmware and reset phones. The issue is intermittent but has happened a couple of times, Reception is losing confidence in the EXP40. We only have T48G, no T46.

This continues to be a problem.

I found a T46 to borrow, I'll be upg. the firmware on the EXP 40 tomorrow.

FYI the problem is VERY intermittent so your quick test will not present the issue. It only happens once every couple of weeks.

Same Problem here.
Yealink T48G Firmware Version 35.80.0.72 (because of BLF issue on EXP40)
EXP40 1 Hardware Version 66.0.0.0
EXP40 1 Firmware Version 7.16.0.0
