We have (3) T54W phones with (1) EXP50 attached to each phone. There is also a WH62 headset plugged into the USB port on that back of the EXP50. Calls are being dropped sometimes when answering with the WH62 headset. This is happening on all 3 T54W phones.

If the EXP50 is disconnected and the WH62 is plugged into the USB port on that back of the T54W, no calls get dropped.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Update:

Found the client had the WH62 headset plugged in to the USB on the back of the EXP50 and the PC Micro-USB port on the bottom of the WH62. They were doing this to power the headset through the USB port on the EXP50.

We moved the USB cable to the Micro-USB port on the bottom of the WH62 that is labeled Phone. Then plugged the WH62 directly into power. There has not been anymore issues.
Interesting,

I have had this kind of happen twice now since deploying a WH62 linked though a EXP-50 but in my case the PC side goes to a PC and the phone to the EXP50.

Receptionist reports headset not connected to T54W requiring a unplug and plug back in into the back of the EXP-50 for it to be seen again on the handset.

Happed two times since deploying, latest firmware and software everywhere.
