Right before Christmas I requested a quote from a vendor and they had the CP960's in stock, now when we are ready to place an order, they came back and told us, no longer available. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Also, the vendor also came back with a replacement but the replacement does not include the extra wireless mics, which we wanted to get.

I have just noticed this morning that 3CX is stating the CP960 in the EOL list when selecting a new phone to provision.

Is there any information available on this?

I haven't seen officially anything from Yealink about this either that the CP960 is EOL. The vendor I was working with said the new CP965 is going to be the replacement, but currently that phone is not listed in 3cx. So, the phone that the 3cx admin console shows is EOL and cant be purchased, and the replacement isn't currently supported by 3cx.

I also haven't seen anything from Yealink about the T29 phones either as they also went EOL recently. We have a few hundred of them that will need to be replaced within the next five years Now

The CP965 is now showing in the 'Supported' list and the CP960 is showing in the 'End Of Life' list for 3CX.

We use 960 as a BYOD for zoom rooms and manually provision for 3cx due to downgraded firmware. We tried a 965 and there was no way to import a license and Yealink was unaware or didn't care about the BYOD ZOOM use.

Yep, I had to buy retail (the big A). And the CP-965 doesn't provide same functionality
