Happy holidays everyone.
I upgraded our CP960 firmware to microsoft teams and it works perfectly - we were initially using it with a VC500 - video conferencing endpoint with its original firmware. After the upgrade the CP960 is not working with the VC500 .... they cannot connect or communicate.
Is there a VC500 firmware for teams? would really love to maintain teams since its our main colloboration platform.
