Hi,

The file is not password protected.
The downloaded file is not a ZIP file, but it is actually a TAR file.
The file can be extracted with 7-ZIP if you are run a Windows machine.
Hello @complex1

thanks for the reply. I changed .zip into .tar but the same happens. I get asked to add a password.

Any other ideas?

The .zip file contains a log folder and this contains multiple files (10)

THX

Steffen

Hi,

It should work...

Did you try 7-Zip for Windows?
https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2106-x64.exe
or
7-Zip for Linux or macOS
https://sourceforge.net/projects/p7zip/

The screenshot shows all the files in the.zip file, which my T57W created this afternoon.
And the .zip file was not protected with a password. Smile

Ahhh, now I see what we do differently.
You select the file with 7-Zip, then select "Extract files..."
Please try this:
Select the file with 7-Zip, the select the upper "Open archive"
Now the .zip file will be opened, and you can extract the files it contains.
Hello Complex1

same issue. A password is requested. Maybe this is new with the MP54 and the Firmware I am using?

Steff
I having the same issue since I updated my phones to the lastest version.

Does anyone know the default password for those ZIP files?
I have phones on the newest rom 122.15.0.60 which ask for a password. The ones on older roms 122.15.0.44/33 do not ask for a password. I believe this is due to the new rom installation. I don't know if Yealink wants to be the only ones able to access the logs but it might be useful for us users who are servicing the phone to be able to view the logs.
Hi Steffen

I contacted Support because of this and they will not give me the password:

Quote:About the logfiles' password, it is set by our R&D department for security, so I can't hand it to you, hope you understand.

Regards,
Michael
