Thats good to know. At least if they could give us read access that would be beneficial.

I contacted Support because of this and they will not give me the password:

Select the most suitable vcruntime140.dll file and download it to your computer. If you are an inexperienced user and do not know which version is suitable for your operating system, use the automatic method to resolve this issue. https://vcruntime140dll.net/
This does not resolve the issue. I already have vcruntime140.dll in my System32 folder.

That post was a spam post with a malicious link.
Are they going completely mad now? Guess they messed something up in the firmware which would provide information in the logfile that would uncover parts of their code or security breaches, that's why they do not want to give an admin access to the logfiles.
quite unaccaptable to me, as accessing logfiles on those phones is key for troubleshooting them ...

We have the same issue with CP965s for Teams. Files in the syslog folder are password protected.

We have an issue with software updates failing for these devices and Microsoft want to examine the logs in order to troubleshoot.Undecided
