Full Version: How do I get a different tech on my case?

I currently have a faulty CP900 - (ID:157954), and my tech is purely padding time on sending me a replacement device.

I have made sweeping statements like" If plugged into any PC - constantly connects and disconnects in device manager." and got asked to try on another PC, even though I have checked on 3 different PC's already.

My reply reiterated that I have tested on multiple PC's and got this message after work on Friday

Pleae test again with another working devcies to see if the same issue happens.
