Somehow updating the phone to 91.85.0.5 has failed. It now just books to a Yealink logo and will not progress further

How do I recover the phone?

Please reset the phone to factory default to see if it reboot correctly, and try again.

Thanks - but managed to find the .rom .bin and .rfs files from the last time this happened

Another question - can I use the .bin and .rfs files from 91.85.0.5, to upgrade the phone to 91.85.0.50 or would they be different for that version?

Hi,

I've never been in a position to do a restore on one of my phones, but if you have the correct .bin and .rfs files you can try it... at your own risk.
