Hi,
Is the WH62 Dual headset stereo?
When I do an audio test via a PC, the left sound is audible in both ears but the right sound is not.

Windows 10 Pro 21H1
Yealink USB Connect v0.32.85.0
Firmware : 104.420.0.35

Not at the moment, there is new firmware coming begin august wich resolves this.

Not really. Many apps let the WH62 switch to mono (i.e. discord) and You cannot use it for gaming AND discord.
