We recently swapped out a customers phone due to ware. We upgraded the firmware to the latest version. The phone was fine and then the customer stated the phone rebooted itself and when it came back up the info on the display was upside down. Is there a solution for this?

Hi,

Please try this to see if it solves your issue:
- Re-flash the firmware,
- Reset the phone to factory default.

Hope this will help.

I meant to ask. The current firmware on the other phones is 46.80.0.70. Would it matter if we went from that version to the latest or should we upgrade one version at a time?

Hi,

I do not foresee any problem when you upgrade from 46.80 to 46.83 in one step, you never know, but to play on safe, maybe the best is to upgrade from 46.80 to 46.81 to 46.82 and finally to 46.83.

Do not forget to reset the phone to factory default if you are finished with the upgrade.

Hope this will help.
