Hello,

I'm using yealink headsets (mono) connected to W56 and the volume is very low when using the headset while without the headset the volume from the handset is a bit higher.

Why there is no option to set the headset gain as in a portable phone?
What are my options to set an extra gain to the headset?

Hi,

You can press the volume key to increase or decrease the ringer volume when the IP phone is idle or ringing, or to adjust the volume of the engaged audio device (speakerphone or headset) when there is an active call in progress.
