When any T5 series phones receives an Internal call from any other phone in their business group (does not matter if it is from a T5 Series or T4 Series), it shows the Business Caller ID name associated with the Calling Party Number and not the name of the user. (Example - ABC COMPANY x 100)
We have noticed this is not the case if an internal call is received on a T4 series phone - it will show up correct with the User Name and Ext (Example - John x 100)
Anyone else get this? How do you fix??
