I'm starting to capture call quality records and have noticed a large number have MOS-CQ/LQ scores of 0.0. Especially on inbound calls.
We have both yealink t29g and yealink t46u phones connected to freepbx.
The phones have RTCP-XR pointing to a collector.
Is this a normal? My understanding is the MOS-XX should always be between 1 and 5 (inclusive) so what does 0 mean? (I know it does not mean low quality.)
And I'm sorry in advance if it's a dumb question.
