Hello all,
I just did a new install of 16 Yealink T38's firmware 38.70.0.221 using 3cx cloud server v12. When using the paging feature i am getting a lot of feedback and noise. Is so much to where the customer can not use the paging feature. Anyone have any suggestions on this issue?
Paging as in *9 or Paging as in Multicast?
Its a ring group for paging and all of the phones are in the ring group. Not using Multicast
This happens from any phone that you initiate the paging on?
Yes. I was reading a few different posts and some people were talking about side tone. Could this be the issue?
