We have some phones that were with a Broadsoft client and now they no longer need them.
I was able to change the password using the TFTP method and factory reset them but they now look as if they have some automated configuration process.
The upper left button is programmed to dial *23 and asks for a password. There is also pre-configured account, password, and server information in these phones.
I need to reset these phones completely for re-use.
Any help would be appreciated. Also, these phones were purchased through NetxUsa so I will make a ticket with them as well.
