Full Version: CP960 USB disconnects

Hello,

we are using multiple CP960 (non-Teams version) on Firmware 73.85.0.5.
They generally work fine but USB often disconnects after 20 - 30 minutes and the mic's go shut.

Only re-plugging helps to get it back.
We are using Lenovo Notebooks (T460, T490, T14), and 3CX as PBX.
Changing power settings and USB saving settings within Windows doesn't help. I reset the devices multiple times, checked their settings... but no luck either.
Same issue is happening on 2020 Intel MacBooks (MacOS 10.15 and 11.1) aswell.

Any ideas what I could look out for?

The situation is similar. It is simply impossible to use the device like this. The USB falls off after 30-40 minutes, and there are artifacts in the voice through Bluetooth.
The problem is not fixed in the new CP960-73.86.0.20.rom firmware
