Full Version: Slow to ring on incoming call

Hello,
We have 2 W52P handsets on the same number.
They are slow to start ringing on an incoming call - the delay is between 5 and 10 seconds typically.

We also have an Android phone running Voiper VOIP software on the same network which starts ringing well before the Yealink pair.

Is there some way to speed up the response time of the W52P's? (They work fine otherwise)

Hi,

As far as I know is there no way to speed up the response time of the W52P.
What you can try is to upgrade the Base and Handset2 with the latest available firmware (25.81.0.60 and 26.81.0.50), then reset the Base to factory default, re-provisioning it and try again.
I don’t know how to upgrade the firmware of your Handset1
